BA Hydraulic Set Permanent Packer
RuiFeng's "BA" permanent packer is a hydraulic-set millable production packer designed for single or multi-zone completions. It features an enlarged upper seal bore to create the largest possible ID through the packer and seal assembly. The packer is set by applied tubing pressure and no tubing movement or rotation is required during setting.

RuiFeng's "BA" permanent packer is a hydraulic-set millable production packer designed for single or multi-zone completions. It features an enlarged upper seal bore to create the largest possible ID through the packer and seal assembly. The packer is set by applied tubing pressure and no tubing movement or rotation is required during setting. Packer is designed as slim-line construction, thus greater running clearance is provided for faster running speed and preventing from premature setting. It is ideal for use in a high angle deviated, horizontal well or other application where a mechanically set packer is unsuitable.
An anchor seal assembly normally latch into the upper seal bore and provide a premium sealing system between tubing and casing. And a packer bore receptacle can also be allowed to run above the packer for floating seal application. Packer bottom can be specified to attach a mill-out extension or other standard packer accessories.
The packer is released by milling or drilling. Packer's major components are rotationally locked to facilitate milling operation, and materials are suitable for milling.
