PS Pre-packed Screen

Introduction

PS Double Wire Wrapped/Slotted Liner Pre-packed Screen is composed of inside and outside wire wrapped screen and are concretion by packing high level of permeability do be in the annulus of rod pumping wells. It is installed in the centre pipe of drilling well/PS Double Slotted Liner Pre-packed Screen is composed of inside pipe, sand control filtering layer and outside pipe. Inside and outside pipe are all slotted liners, sand control filtering layer are pre-blanket gravel or fracturing haydite sand, acts as the bi-layer wrapped pre-packed screen. Because of the high intension of screen, it's not easy to damage in the construction and have a well sand control effect.

● Can't be limited by well depth because of wide temperature and pressure scope;

● The surface of slotted pipe go through impulse vacuum non-corrodible nitralloy handle, which can protect pipe from corruption of corruption brine, carbon dioxide, organic acid etc and can prolong screen's service life;

● High non-corrodible nature for hydrogen sulphide.
