Description
Ruifeng Petrotech's WS wire-wrap screen is designed to achieve maximum robustness in downhole conditions.
Each cross point of longitudinal rib and 'v' shaped wire is welded up that can resist at least 1.7KN of tension. With its high strength, WS wire-wrap screen can work under high temperature, corrosion and abrasion without being damaged.
The 'v' shape design of wires enables a larger flow area for fluids, which reduces the risks of sand plugging, and makes the screens easy to be flushed clean. The mature machining technology ensures the accuracy of slot sizes, and enables a high flexibility in gap/rib sizes to meet a wide range of completion design.
