JM Woven Screen
The JM Woven Screen has the characteristic of anti-deformation, which can guarantee reliable sand control performance even in the case of serious deformation, which is especially suitable for horizontal wells with irregular wellbore shape and unsatisfactory wellbore trajectory. The JM Woven Screen is consist of base pipe, composited sand-control filter sleeve, and external protection stainless steel sleeve from inside to outside. API standard oil pipe or casing is applied as base pipe. Sand-control filter sleeve is totally welded after rolling and shaping of stainless steel mat mesh with different filter pores. This kind of screen tube has strong anti-extrusion deformation and anti- bending deformation ability, and can keep the sand control ability unchanged when the radial deformation is less than 40%. The filter layer is made of high-quality stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance and can resist CO2, Cl -, H2S and acid corrosion.
