The ultra-thin and high-strength sand control Screen improves the filter sleeve on the basis of the traditional precision microporous composite sand control pipe, which is composed of base pipe, composite sand control filter tube and stainless steel outer protective sleeve from the inside to the outside. The base pipe is made of API standard casing and tubing, and the sand- proof filter sleeve is stainless steel precision microporous composite filter material, which adopts all-welded structure.

Overview

The ultra-thin and high-strength sand control Screen improves the filter sleeve on the basis of the traditional precision microporous composite sand control pipe, which is composed of base pipe, composite sand control filter tube and stainless steel outer protective sleeve from the inside to the outside. The base pipe is made of API standard casing and tubing, and the sand- proof filter sleeve is stainless steel precision microporous composite filter material, which adopts all-welded structure.

 

Benefits

  • The unique integrated molding process of the filter sleeve can eliminate the installation gap in the filter sleeve, making the structure more integral, and the internal pressure resistance and external extrusion resistance parameters are about 30% higher than the internal pressure resistance of the conventional filter sleeve of the same material;
  • The combination between the filter screen and the inner and outer shield layers is tighter, which can ensure the consistency of the deformation degree of each layer and the overall structural fatigue resistance in the process of thermal expansion and cold contraction caused by repeated internal and external pressure and steam injection;
  • The gap between the filter screen and the outermost protective cover is eliminated, and the overall screen sleeve thickness can be reduced to about 7mm on one side, and at the same time, it can prevent fine powder from entering the gap between the filter screen and the outer shield, reducing the probability of local blockage;
  • The outer shield of the filter jacket is made of SS304/SS316 steel belt with higher strength and thicker, which is stronger than that of the outer shield used by conventional screens, and is more tightly combined with the filter screen, and has higher erosion resistance;
  • Special woven filter can be used to process according to the requirements to further ensure the quality and strength and meet the needs of more well conditions.

Swaging Process Introduction

  • Introduce the screen extrusion and forging process (Swaging Process) to eliminate the void between the filter layers, which can avoid local silting caused by fine powder/formation sand entering the filter layer;
  • In the same inner diameter, the outer diameter of the screen is smaller, and the resistance to internal pressure, external extrusion and torsional strength is higher.
  • A thinner structure can achieve higher internal pressure resistance
  • Use more forms of woven mesh for crafting: PDW/DTW/RDTW
