Ported Chemical Injection System

RuiFeng's chemical injection mandrel is a tubing retrievable injection system and runs as an integral part of the tubing. It consists of a non-welded side-pocket body and an injection valve which is permanently installed to the side-pocket body. A chemical injection line which strapped to the tubing is installed onto the check valve and connected to the surface.

It is used to inject various chemicals into the well to prevent deposition of scale or paraffin, hydrate plug formation, and other problems that might negatively affect the production flow.
