In order to implement the relevant requirements of the safety supervision department of the development zone and effectively promote the construction of enterprise safety production standardization and the dual prevention mechanism, based on the actual situation of the company, safety training was conducted for the company's leaders, department heads and engineering technology staff.

This training was delivered by Weiru Yan from the Personnel Department. It focused on the current national and enterprise safety situation, the background of safety standardization and the dual system construction, and was analyzed in a standardized manner based on the actual situation of the company. During the training, examples from workshops and the site were used, and relevant checklists such as risk control and hazard investigation, which were sorted out in the previous review work, were borrowed to explain the methods and control measures for identifying risk points and hazards in a targeted manner.

This training covered the theoretical knowledge system of safety standardization and the dual prevention mechanism and some examples of company safety management. Through this training, employees were able to fully understand the overall framework content of safety management, and the specific implementation and operation methods of the dual prevention mechanism provided reference for the practical operation of workshop and site workers.

The construction of safety standardization and the dual prevention mechanism is a new starting point for our company's safety management. We hope to continuously explore, adjust, summarize and develop a suitable and effective safety management model for our company through the combination of theory and practice, and gradually make the concept of safety production deeply rooted in people's minds and ensure that safety guarantee work is implemented effectively.
