Ruifeng Petrotech was founded within Sinopec's Shengli Oilfield, establishing as a rare pioneer in China's sand control technology sector.
Entered the offshore sand control market at Shengli‘s Chengdao Oilfield, becoming the earliest company to provide well completion for offshore operations in China. It continues to provide technical support for the efficient development of Chengdao Oilfield to this day.
Registered and established manufacturing facility in Qingdao Jimo , marking the creation of its Ruifeng's proprietary well completion tool manufacturing center.
Ruifeng started its services for CNOOC with the successful deployment of China's first domestically made sand control tools at Well Wenchang (Zhanjiang Branch).This milestone established Ruifeng as the first private enterprise in China to provide well completion services for CNOOC, marking an epoch-making achievement.
Ruifeng's "RFMZ" one-trip multi-zone system successfully completed 11 operations at Chengdao Oilfield. This represented a historic advancement in China's sand control technology, elevating the company's well completion and sand control techniques to world-class levels.
Ruifeng began providing products and technical services to international oil companies, executing over 20 well completion services for ConocoPhillips China and ROC Oil Company.
The successful application of Ruifeng's "RFSP" open-hole gravel packing technology for horizontal wells represented the first time CNOOC utilized domestic tools for such operations, holding significant representative meaning.
Successfully executed open-hole gravel packing operations: 1,080m horizontal section at Dongfang Gas Field and ultra-shallow/extended-reach horizontal wells at Ledong Gas Field.
Upgraded "RFMZ" technology, enabling the implementation of "one-step multi-zone high-rate packing technology" at Chengdao Oilfield.
Successfully Completed deepwater semi-submersible platform projects (depth >1,500m), establishing bypass screens as flagship products.
Awarded the "First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress" by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) for Bypass screens used in the 13th Five-Year Plan's deepwater program.
Ruifeng provided complex, customized well completion technology products and services to a major client in international and secured a multi-year supply contract. This milestone indicated renewed attention from international oil companies and marked a significant turning point in Ruifeng's pursuit of "higher and farther" development.
Ruifeng completed the well completion operation for a Level-5 multilateral well using domestic tools in the offshore Wenchang project, achieving the localization of Level-5 multilateral well tools.
At the Enping oilfield in the South China Sea, Ruifeng's extended-reach well completion and running technology was successfully applied in China's deepest offshore well (9,508m measured depth), where Ruifeng successfully completed the operation.
