The completion packer of the gas storage reservoir in Daqing Oilfield was successfully achieved seating, marking the successful implementation of the first gravel-packed sand control well completion in Ruifeng. It is also the first gas storage reservoir well with an entire process of up and down well completion for Ruifeng. The first ultra-thin precision screen pipe was used in the gas field, and the equipment for the up and down well completions were all provided by Ruifeng. The quality of the equipment and service were both recognized by the customers.
During the project implementation, all members of the Ruifeng operation team overcame the extreme cold challenge of -30°C and twice went deep into the northeastern region to carry out the operation tasks. During this period, they successfully assisted the client in overcoming problems such as the sand control pump skid, pipelines, and Sand Injector. In the face of sudden suspected sand production risks, the project team, relying on solid professional knowledge, through multi-dimensional data comparison and mechanism analysis, promptly clarified technical doubts and effectively resolved the client's operational concerns. This breakthrough action formed a complete closed-loop solution, providing a key practical basis for the subsequent long-term sand control system construction of the gas storage reservoir.
