2025 Annual Training Program for New Employees

With the vigor of youth and the eager expectations for the future of their careers, the 2025 annual new employee training of the group recently came to a close. During the 21-day intensive training, these new employees completed the initial transformation from novice professionals to emerging talents in the industry. From the unfamiliar and uneasy state upon entering the workplace to the composure and confidence in integrating into the collective, they demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm for learning and successfully delivered the first lesson of their career journey with solid efforts.
Empowering through learning, strengthening the foundation of career
To assist new employees in quickly familiarizing themselves with the group's structure, integrating into the corporate culture, and mastering core job skills, the group meticulously prepared this intensive training. The training period lasted from July 7th to July 28th. The course system was built around five core sections: corporate culture, regulations and rules, safe operations, technical quality, product tools and processes. Through various teaching forms such as theoretical lectures, case analyses, and on-site practical operations, it achieved multi-dimensional knowledge dissemination, helping new employees systematically master the company's development framework and job work norms, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent career development.
At the beginning of the training, Group Chairman An Dongmei personally delivered the first lesson for new employees, providing them with an industry enlightenment that was both profound and warm. She began with the group's entrepreneurial journey, business layout, and industry status, deeply interpreting the core of the corporate culture and future development vision. She encouraged all new employees: "The oil equipment industry is a track full of opportunities and challenges. I hope everyone will focus on their positions, delve deeply, and be courageous in innovation and breakthroughs. In the process of promoting the company's high-quality development, you can realize your personal value and achieve mutual growth between the company and individuals."
In the subsequent specialized courses, group management, entity leaders, and functional line backbone gradually took the stage to teach. The teaching teachers, drawing on their own years of industry experience, focused on the core work contents of each position, using vivid industry cases and detailed practical guidelines to break down the key difficulties of the positions and clearly outline the career development path, guiding new employees on how to carry out their work.
Diverse activities, uniting team strength
In addition to the comprehensive professional courses, the group also meticulously planned a series of special activities to help new employees broaden their horizons and enhance camaraderie. They organized new employees to visit the Yellow River Culture Museum and the Urban Development Planning Museum, allowing them to immerse themselves in the visit and feel the profound heritage of the Yellow River and the strong momentum of urban development. This further enhanced their sense of belonging to the working location.
At the same time, to implement the corporate philosophy of "letting reading and exercise become habits", the group specially held the first badminton competition for new employees. On the court, the new employees fought bravely, cooperated closely, not only demonstrating youthful vitality and competitive spirit, but also using the ball as a medium to break down unfamiliar barriers and quickly close the distance between each other, effectively uniting the team's cohesion.
The conclusion of the discussion, sustaining the growth path
At the end of the training, the Group President presided over a new employee sharing symposium. At the meeting, the president shared his career growth experiences and insights, and had face-to-face communication with the new employees, patiently listening to their training experiences and career confusions, and answering their questions about job fit, skill improvement, etc., injecting a strong boost to alleviate the new employees' anxiety about entry and strengthen their career confidence.
