Dongying Ruifeng Supply Chain Warehouse Management Has Achievedthe phased objectives
In order to standardize the material management in the company's warehouse and promote the scientific, efficient and orderly operation of all warehouse-related tasks, the supply chain has gradually improved the completeness of tools. So far, it has achieved some progress.
Based on the analysis of various suggestions and the reflection on its own problems, the Supply Chain Operations Department basically completed the coverage of our company's tool identification by the end of October. The content of the tool identification includes the basic information of the tools and the QR code containing the tool instructions. Through this measure, not only does the warehouse management become clearer and more understandable, but it also helps the operators and customers to promptly understand the basic parameters and usage instructions of each set of tools. During the editing of the QR code, the supply chain sorted, summarized and updated the existing technical materials, and confirmed and updated the technical materials that had discrepancies with the actual product parameters in conjunction with the R&D department to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the technical materials.
In addition, the identification is also reflected in the assembly status and special instructions of each tool. Currently, there are three status identifiers for tools, which are roughly distinguished by red, yellow and green strips. Red indicates that the tool is ineffective and needs repair or has been damaged and needs to be scrapped, yellow indicates semi-finished products in assembly (due to missing parts, repair parts assembly suspension or project cancellation suspension, etc.), and green indicates the completed assembly of the assembly. At the same time, the color strips are accompanied by more detailed label instructions. Through this measure, it can effectively prevent the mixing, misuse of parts and the confusion of tools in various projects, ensure the transparency of the tool category, and improve the efficiency of warehouse allocation and out-of-stock operations, etc.
Warehouse management is an important part of the supply chain work. In the future work, there are still many areas that need to be improved and enhanced. The Supply Chain Operations Department will adhere to the principle of continuous improvement, proceed step by step, and provide strong tool and equipment support for the company.
