Supply of bypass screen for the one Lingshui deep water project
In June 2021, China's first deepwater self-operated gas field -- one deep water project was successfully put into production. Ruifeng, as the completion unit of this project, was responsible for the supply and quality control of sand control screen. Among them, the domesticization and application of the novel multi-flow channel bypass screen successfully solved the "strangling" problem from abroad.
In response to the narrow gas pressure window and high construction difficulty of deepwater oil and gas fields, Ruifeng developed a novel multi-flow channel bypass screen technology, effectively compensating for the deficiencies of the conventional gravel packing technology in deepwater drilling and completion operations. This technology fundamentally solved the problems of sand bridges, formation collapse, and complex reservoir well sections gravel packing that occurred during deepwater drilling and completion operations, forming a set of multi-flow channel bypass screen gravel packing technology specifically for deepwater well completion. The domestication of this product technology provided strong technical support for the exploration and development of deepwater oil and gas resources in China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
