On August 1, 2019, Teacher Fuguo Xiang from the Youth League Committee of the Mechanical Engineering College of China University of Petroleum (East China) led 87 students from the 2016 batch of the Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation major to our company for a summer visit and internship.

The visit and internship were divided into two parts: company introduction and workshop visit.  Fengmei Ma from the Human Resources Department and Daiming Zhang from the R&D Department gave comprehensive introductions from aspects such as the company's development history, business specialties, market cultivation, technological innovation, production processing capabilities, and product and process systems. They also shared their insights on the topic that graduates were most concerned about - career planning.

The workshop visit was organized and explained by Bin Zhang, Daiming Zhang, and Yong Zhang. The three employees showed and explained the underground tools in the warehouse to the students, introduced their working principles, and the students were very interested and actively asked questions.

On August 6, Teacher Jia from the Mechanical Engineering College led a second group of 79 students to our company for a visit and internship.

Teacher reported that the students were very impressed by the company's 20-year focus on technology and its achievements in the domestic production of completion tools. They felt that Ruifeng was a highly innovative national enterprise and were willing to learn more. The sharing of career planning knowledge resonated with the teachers and students， and some students added WeChat on the spot to consult about their confusion regarding future development directions. This visit and internship was an in-depth activity for the company's collaborative research and development with China University of Petroleum (East China).
