The deep well low-permeability acid fracturing completion in the Shengli Ocean field was successfully completed
In September 2023, the Permanent Packer with Sliding Sleeve for Acid Fracturing operation of Shengli Ocean was successfully carried out. The integrated permanent packer acid fracturing & flowback string is particularly suitable for oil reservoirs with deep burial, high difficulty in thorough well cleaning and gas removal, and highly sensitive reservoirs. The sliding sleeve can be opened and closed to establish production channels and acid pressure channels. The upper pipe column is completely isolated from the formation, preventing leakage while reducing well control and overflow risks. It adds an additional safety barrier for well control.
The development layer of this well belongs to a high-temperature and high-pressure formation. The permanent packer acid fracturing sliding sleeve, expansion joint, hydraulic anchor, safety valve, etc. used in this operation were all provided by Ruifeng. The pressure level is 10,000 psi and the temperature level is 180℃. The actual on-site construction pressure reached 52 MPa, the maximum flow rate was 5 cubic meters per minute, the maximum wellhead pressure was 16.3 MPa. The Ruifeng tools have withstood the rigorous tests and the market promotion of high-temperature and high-pressure tools has achieved another victory!
