Ruifeng's self-developed intelligent hydraulic control sliding sleeve well completion technology was successfully implemented
In September 2023, the self-developed intelligent hydraulic control sliding sleeve completion technology by Ruifeng was successfully implemented in a well of the Hainan Le Dong Oilfield of CNOOC. This well adopted a three-zone gravel packing sand control method within a 9-5/8″ casing, combined with bridge plugs for separate production. The fourth zone used N+1 type switch hydraulic control sliding sleeves, which was the first on-site application of the self-developed hydraulic control sliding sleeves by the Research Institute of Injection and Production Projects of Ruifeng. This intelligent sliding sleeve is a high-performance fluid control tool for oil wells, capable of controlling the connection between the tubing and the annulus, achieving circulation, isolation, and selective production. After the completion of the operation, the gas production was 291,100 cubic meters per day, exceeding the production quota by 200,000 cubic meters per day.
The construction operation of this well was long and the schedule was tight, with a heavy workload on the on-site personnel. The successful implementation of this operation laid a solid foundation for the promotion and application of Ruifeng's self-developed intelligent hydraulic control sliding sleeve completion technology.
