The multi-well, one trip,multi-zone, high-difficulty operation was successfully carried out in the Shengli Ocean
After undergoing multiple iterations, Ruifeng's one trip multi-zone system tools have become mature and reliable. We have completed over 20 well constructions annually and have cumulatively carried out more than 100 well constructions. Ruifeng continuously challenges itself and successfully implemented several high-difficulty one trip multi-zone pack system, meeting the requirements of high flow rate and high sand ratio for fracturing packing: Successfully passing the strict test of the MZ84 one trip multi-zone system method, with the on-site construction flow rate reaching 2.66 m³/min and the maximum sand ratio being 50%, the top sand removal was achieved, meeting the requirements of the client; Successfully realized a perforation section span of 245m within a 7-inch casing, with a circulating leakage exceeding 60% and high friction resistance for packing construction; Using the sand-carrying liquid packing and well flushing process, the one-time three-zone construction with severe leakage in the upper perforation section and extremely difficult conditions was successfully completed, ensuring the safety of the construction... The successful completion of multiple high-difficulty processes demonstrates the reliability and stability of Ruifeng's tools and the outstanding technical level of Ruifeng's on-site and support personnel.
