Surface-Controlled Gas Vent Valve

RuiFeng’s “GV” gas vent valve is a surface controlled, non-equalizing, hydraulically operated valve which can provide the communication above and below the packer. It is designed to vent the annular gas below ESP packer, or achieve annulus injection. It threaded to the top of a multiple bore production packer.

A hydraulic control line will be connected to the valve top sub to open the valve hydraulically. When hydraulic operating pressure is released, spring force alone returns the valve to the normally closed position.
