Model “MS84” Packing Service Tool

Model “MS” packing tool is the packing service tool of RFMS new multi-layer high-speed fracturing system, which can realize the top packer and gravel packing operation. The packing service tool is designed for double whole body + backwash ball seat, which can realize positive cycle and reverse cycle construction. The neck reduction design under the packing mouth can effectively reduce the flow rate and reduce the erosion of the packing sliding sleeve. The packing mouth adopts alloy lining design, which can improve the erosion resistance and meet the packing requirements of large displacement and high sand ratio. After the packing operation is completed, the upper lift column can realize the reverse circulation construction, and clean out the excess packing gravel. Reduce the risk of pipe column sticking due to gravel settlement.
