SW Shrouded Wire Wrapped Screen
The SW shrouded wire wrap screen is an outer shield with side flow holes outside the wire wrap. The side flow hole on the outer cover can protect the wire layer, avoid DC erosion and prolong the working time. The outer protective cover can also be used as a filter layer. Once one of the two filter layers fails, the other one can still guarantee the sand control effect. In a horizontal or high slope well, install a support ring greater than the screen itself to minimize damage The SW type punching and winding screen tube is made of 304 stainless steel with high strength, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. it is especially suitable for heavy oil thermal recovery in horizontal wells and highly inclined wells.
