Job Responsibilities1.
Coordinate personnel, equipment and materials according to the production plan, ensure tasks are completed on time and with quality, and promptly handle production abnormalities;
2.
Implement quality standards, conduct inspections at each stage, analyze and handle quality issues, and implement improvement measures;
3.
Be responsible for equipment inspection and maintenance arrangements, assist in inspection and modification, and reduce downtime due to faults;
4.
Control production consumption to reduce costs, organize safety training and hazard inspections, and conduct data statistics and analysis.
Personality profile1.
Possess solid knowledge of production manufacturing, familiar with processes, techniques, quality standards and equipment performance;
2.
Have strong responsibility, treat production processes seriously, be proactive in taking responsibility and solving problems;
3.
Have strong execution ability, good at focusing on key points, able to efficiently implement plans and systems, and ensure production progress;
4.
Have excellent teamwork skills, organizational and coordination abilities, strong adaptability and learning initiative, and can adapt to the development of industry technologies.
