Job Responsibilities1.
Technical learning, quickly and deeply familiarize oneself with the product features of the company;

Learn well the well completion construction techniques, sort out the technical data, and carry out well completion operations;
3.
Based on the on-site construction situation, formulate solutions and write construction design plans;
4.
Improve and perfect the service process implementation and improvement work, conduct service process training and explanations.
Personality profile1.
Familiar with oilfield extraction, well completion, and related process and equipment operations, possessing solid oilfield service professional knowledge and on-site handling experience;
2.
Extremely responsible, strictly adhering to safety regulations, able to maintain a rigorous attitude in complex on-site operations to ensure operation safety;
3.
Excellent practical ability, quick to respond, able to efficiently handle on-site emergencies, ensuring service projects proceed as planned;
4.
Strong teamwork awareness, able to adapt to high-intensity operation rhythms, possessing strong resilience and continuous learning ability to meet industry demands.
