RuiFeng's Model HP packer is a hydraulic-set, shear-release production packer designed for either single packer or multiple packer completion. The packer is set by pressuring up the tubing against a temporary plugging device below the packer. Tubing movement or rotation are not required during setting. The HP packer features the double gripped slips to hold differential pressures securely and prevent from the element package movement. Retrieval of the packer is accomplished with a straight upward pull on tubing. Once the pulling force exceed the releasing value, the slip disengages the casing and the element relaxes. RuiFeng HP packers features a smaller OD than other same size packers, and this enable faster running speed without premature setting.

The "start to set" shear screws can be adjusted to set multiple packer sequentially when it's used in multiple-zone selective completions, and the tubing allow to be spaced out before setting packer.
